I'd appreciate advice regarding the following:
An iPad 3. had only been used for email while on a ship. It was decided for another relative to have this. It was taken to the local Apple shop where all was deleted from it so back to delivery
condition. In the Apple shop the relative was given an Apple email address.
Although an email sent from the Apple shop arrives on the home computers, (proved on two visits to Apple shop), an email composed on the iPad fails to arrive on the home computers.
It goes to the Outbox.
Any ideas please?
All working now. The ISP has had "problem in this area". (Area not stated). Bt has has finally resolved a long standing problem by digging up a lot of pavement and replacing cables. Both boxes are close together. Suddenly everthing works!
