I notice that Pinnacle has taken over Dazzle and the drivers and the FAQ and help for the AVM have now gone.

There appears to be no way to contact Pinnacle to ask them if they are going to supply this info within their own pages because so far it doesnt look like it. Has anyone ever copied all the old pages from Dazzle`s site? Does anyone have the drivers for the avm under win2000 or the info on how to set up the avm to run under w2000???

It wouldnt have taken much for them to leave this stuff in a wee corner of their site somewhere and there must be a whole lot of people out there who still need this stuff!

It may exist in a corner of a server somewhere, or an FTP site. The problem is finding the URL to take you there. Do a google (and try a few other search engine too). You may find the drivers, possibly on a non-English site.

Agree 100%. It is a shame that this company does not support AVMaster any longer. Tried searching but got nowhere. So much for customer care!!

Try:

I've heard it said that no drivers were developed specifically for Win2K or WinXP, but that the NT4 drivers may work. This makes sense if FAST AV master is a product that was discontinued several years ago.

Many thanks that IS the very stuff I am looking for. Although using win2000 is unsupported they DO tell you how to do it within these pages and thats the kind of info I needed!

Cheers!
