BD incorrect date

Noticed date was incorrect at beginning of a CS6 edit. Timeline was sent to Encore and the disc burnt that has the incorrect date

Back to Premiere Pro CS6 Timeline edit. Altered the date. Into the same Encore that was first used to burn the  above DVD. ..

Second DVD opening scene now has the correct date. Immediately burnt a Blu-ray disc. This disc displayed the incorrect date..

How can a Blu-ray disc be burnt with the correct date displayed on the opening scene - without setting all up again in a new Encore?
