Can't install updates

I'm using the AVM+MSP 5.3 for 5 years. Had no problems. (Worked on W95 and later W98).
Did several times a format on my PC and had the updates for AVM (2.1, 2.2 and 2.5) and MSP (5.02 and 5.2) on a other partition. I've installed these programs and updates a number of times. Had no problem.
Last year i've made a dual-boot on my PC (98+XP) wich worked fine. Fist I've formatted the partitions.
The W98-partition was only meant for editing, so I wanted to install AVM and MSP.
Since then, I've got a strange problem.
I cannot install updates for AVM and MSP.
In W98 I can only install 2.1 for the AVM and 5.0 for MSP.
When I want to install a update, I get a error and read that "I am working on a demo-version of the program" ???
Also I cannot download the updates from the internet.
Please help!!!
