I`m having a bit of a tidy up & I have approx 60 Full Size DV Tapes mostl 180 min but some are 120 including few DVCAM which will record in DV mode for over 4 hrs, nearly all have cases. Also approx 260 mini DV, nearly all are 63 min & all have cases.
The Full Size Tapes are £2.50 each & the mini`s £0.50 plus carriage at cost.
ALL the tapes have been used & are bought on that basis, I`m not aware of any faults on them, they were used for various asignments over recent years.
Could be a bargain for someone

If any purchaser, or even Barry, wishes these tapes to be 'wiped' I have an industrial degausser that will obliterate everything on the tape completely, time code, picture, everything. I could also rewind tapes as well. Imagine postage may be a bit expensive though

Thanks for the offer but I`ve re-used some tapes in the past but have never ever experienced a problem!

No worries Barry, not trying to offer an ongoing service or to make money out of this just trying to help out a potential purchaser if required, for example, degaussing gets rid of the time code enabling DV recorded tapes to be able to be re used with DVcam format. I guess the same would apply if someone wished to over record in HD?

No need to erase when recording HD over old SD material Rob, I've used probably in excess of 300 SD recorded tapes in a HD camera with no problem.
