Hi,
I have read in one of the posting that you do not need to install Powerplay seperately but that it is included within the drivers. This does not work for me... I have tried to install and uninstall all kinds of these drivers for the last 3 days and I cannot get Powerplay to startup once I start MSP 6.0.
Can anyone please help???
Thanks a lot
Install msp6 before installing av master build 24 software. I did this and do get mspv6 to recognise powerplay but have other very serious problems, as posted. Maybe mspv6 is utterly dyfunctional.
Have you tried mspv5.2?

The problem is I had it perfectly working before buying a new graphics card. Now nothing is working anymore (swtiched from Riva TNT2 to Gefore 2 MX). I took out the card again and replaced it by TNT2 but to my greatest disapointment I could not get it to work properly anymore.... (.
I think I will have to reinstall all my computer or do you know how to reinstall single codecs?
Did you go into the device manager and remove the card before turning off the PC to physically remove the display card?
Yes I removed it properly.
I have read in other forum that there is a problem with the Elsa Gladiac Geforce II MX card. It requires the same IRQ and the same memory, I was unable to get the cards running together smothly. My system always crashed when I tried to initialize the AV Master card at the startup. I changed the configuration manually more that a dozen times but to no avail.
So I thought I bring that card back to the store and get my money back...:-(
