Hello All  what is the going rate for a 2nd cameraman filming from midday to end of speeches (about 7.00pm)?

I've paid anything from £100 - £200 depending on location. Don't forget that even though it's only a few hours, nothing else can be booked in for that day.

Thanks for that - seems reasonable. I was thinking £125 plus petrol money

And for that money are you guys expecting your second cameraperson to be providing their own gear?

I tend to pay around £220 for a full day.  I provide the gear.
