2 years ago I bought the following machine
a 1 ghz pentium III
ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon Graphics card
ASUS CUSL2 / INTEL 815E Chipset
Windows ME.

It's only last week that I managed to install my old AV Master apply the necessary ME drivers and install MSP6 (+patch).

Everything works fine except if I use PCI Bus Mastering (set in FASTCAP Video Display)
sometimes it works and sometimes it stops after playing the first three frames.
It's annoying using MSP6 as I can only preview on my TV without the PCI Bus mastering on.

A pure guess is that the problem is in the memory address. I think I have exhausted every other possibility!

AV master uses EE800000-EE80007F
PCI Bridge uses EE800000-EEFFFFFF

I have tried changing the address of the AV Master but my system tells me "this resource cannot be modified".

If anyone has any ideas please shout this is very frustrating.

Did you install the software in the order stated above?

If you did uninstall everything.

Install Msp 6
Install patch to msp 6.0.0.2
Then install av master s/ware & drivers.

THIS ORDER IS CRITICAL.

But apart from that using overlay has NEVER been recommended. Why bother? Just monitor everything on your tv!
