Was about to burn a Blu-Ray via Toast Titanium yesterday when prompted to update the software. Like a pillock I did, instead of waiting and seeing (a) whether I needed it and (b) whether it was bug-free.
The latter most definitely not. All I get now when accessing Toast is a request to (re-) Register, which does not work. I am not unique, have a look at the Roxio Facebook page for example (would that I had before up-dating), and they have stopped new contributors to their own Web Forum.
Two questions if I may : (1) any ideas about how I can de-instal the Software update or otherwise revert to the previous one? (2) Can anyone recommend an alternative to Toast Titanium for Mac? It need not be free.

Re: Roxio Have Cocked Up Their Latest Software Update For ...
Ron, I answered this on DVInfo, for anyone else reading this who is having trouble with the latest Toast update - delete "com.roxio.Toast.plist" from your Library folder then re-install.

Re: Roxio Have Cocked Up Their Latest Software Update For ...
Thanks Dave, that did the trick. I also concurrently received a coherent response from "Roxio" which included a new Software Update which I'll delay until the dust has settled! I've just burned a BD via FCP X, the first time and took ages. Can you recommend any particular blank BDs ? I'm not so sure about the durability of my Verbatims.
