UNKNOWN ERROR MESSAGE

I am receiving an error message when attemping to playback on fast cap app.
on WIN 98. I get "driver error #10001" then "unable to play files with
fastplayback!" Is it not detecting a driver? I could not find any info
anywhere in your support about this particular error message. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled fast cap version 2.5.0 several times. Still the
same error. Please help.

Unfortunately, Error 10001 does not relate to a specific problem. It is just a general playback error.

Make sure you have the latest version of AV Master software for your version of Windows installed. Also, check that there are no conflicts (AV Master should have its own IRQ between 9 and 15).

Since when have you had this problem? Since installing a new version of the drivers? Since installing a new device in the system? Are you trying to play a file that has been imported from another application?
