Tesco are doing the Muvi pretty cheaply including the sports pack FOC with the purchase of the cam.

Go for the fastest Flash card you can get... I use a 6 speed rating and it's recording at 20fps

I have a camera that looks the same - mine was a tenner delivered from a Chinese seller on Ebay.
For the price it is OK - similar quality to a cheap mobile phone camera.
