OK. Well guys, hallo from greece.
THIS IS HOW I DID IT WITH XP.
I installed XP when xp asked for the drivers for unknown multimedia device (that is AV MASTER), i cancelled it.
2. Disabled the USB port that shared the IRQ with my AVM.
3. Installed the winnt 2.5 drivers and when the system asked for restarting, i did not RESTART!!!, but... I opened the device manager and installed the drivers for that unknown multimedia device (that is AV MASTER), ...:\program files\FAST\.....\drv , THE SAME PROCEDURE AS WITH WIN2K. AFTER then i restarted the system, and everything works perfect... except, when i close a video program like premiere, msp, etc (BLUE SCREEN). BUT!!! i capture and playback video files perfectly!!!!!
- So, when i am editing, i do the following procedure... (I open device manager, from view i check show hidden devices, and then you can find some new devices in a new category there you can find avmdrv32 or FAST AV MASTER ((NOT !!! UNDER SOUND AND MULTIMEDIA DEVICES CATEGORY)) there you can start or stop the avmdrv32 service in will, when stopped, i do editing. When i start it, i do capturing and playback.
- i just want to avoid the previous start - stop think.
HALLO FROM GREECE GUYS GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
I installed xp many times and every time the procedure works fine!!!!!!

Hi!
May you tell us about your motherboard and CPU ?
I have an Asus P3C2000 PIII 600 and only works with W98SE, not with NT4.
Thank you in advance.
Did you follow the instructions for the win2000 install.....there is a copy of the ones from the old dazzle site here:-
